Meet your host
Kristi Frazier built Coffee Talk With Kristi for the woman who has spent her whole life taking care of everyone else — and is finally ready to take care of herself.

Grab a cup of coffee and stay awhile.
For years, my identity was wrapped up in being a wife and a mom—and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. But when my children grew up and life became quieter, I found myself asking a question I never expected:
Who am I now?
That question led me on a journey of rediscovering who God created me to be beyond the titles I carried for so long. It wasn’t about reinventing myself. It was about remembering the woman He designed me to become.
I’m 55 years old, married to my best friend, and the proud mom of two incredible children. I’m also a coffee lover, an encourager, and someone who believes that real conversations can change lives.
That’s why I created Coffee Talk with Kristi.
This is a place where we talk about faith, family, marriage, motherhood, empty nesting, identity, and finding joy in every season. You’ll find encouragement rooted in God’s truth, honest conversations about life’s challenges, and reminders that it’s never too late to begin again.
I believe one praying woman can impact generations.
I believe God still writes beautiful stories in the second half of life.
And I believe every woman deserves to know that she is seen, loved, and created with purpose.
Whether you’re navigating motherhood, learning to date your husband again, stepping into an empty nest, or simply trying to figure out what’s next, you’re welcome here.
So pour another cup of coffee, pull up a chair, and let’s walk this journey together.
I’m so glad you’re here.

I built this because you needed it. I looked around and saw a glaring lack of real, faith-rooted community for women navigating this exact season of life. You needed a space where you didn't have to choose between deep spiritual anchoring and bold, unapologetic ambition. This isn't just a place to connect—it is a movement to remind you of who you were always meant to be.
